Work description

Back-end developerWe are looking for an analytical, results-driven back-end developer who will work with team members to build new and improve back-end applications and processes. The back-end developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users. You should have excellent communication, computer and project management skills.Responsibilities:Below are some of the responsibilities a back-end developer is expected to assume in their position:-Be proficient in server-side development and optimization of data, including database creation and management and debugging-Integrate data from various back-end services and databases-Create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces-Create and analyze reliable and secure back-end functionality-Maintain, expand and scale our products-Remain knowledgable of emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activitiesBelow are the qualifications expected of a back-end developer:-Proficiency with languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, Python-Proficiency with frameworks such as Node.js, Express.js, Flask-Experience with services such as Firebase and AWS-Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing-Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB-Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN and Mercurial-Understanding of code menagament tools such as Git, Subversion and Helix Core-Experience with GitHub and Bitbucket-Excellent time-management and communication skills
