Work description

· Search for and attract new distributors on an international level.· Foster loyalty and follow up with existing distributors, ensuring at least 2 annual meetings (trade fairs, trips, or video conferences).· Manage training sessions and promotional activities, alongside the training and marketing teams.· Organize and represent the company at trade fairs, events, and industry forums.· Participate in defining and developing the annual sales budget for assigned markets.· Monitor the budget of the area under your responsibility, analyze deviations, and propose possible corrective measures.· Prepare monthly and annual reports for management reporting.
