Work description
The student must be trained to operate and manage, under supervision, milling processes in wheat flour production.The student differentiates the stages of a milling process, recognizes the technologies used in the wheat flour production process, and the management control of raw materials and equipment, based on indicators for highly demanding systems, is instructed to detect opportunities for improvement by applying modern strategies in the process.
