Popis projektu

Basic compositional elements forming the present form of the complex. The complex is not compositionally finished. Searching for the ideal compositional unit - closing the premises. Horizontal line / point supplementation. Fixing the area in the context of time and place. New layer is readable - levitating over the house. Greater cohesion of the whole. Possible parallel to the carpet fiber - the original purpose of the factory.

Technické informace

Building above the building. The megastructure 75 meters long is set on two reinforced-concrete cores, which also form vertical circulation. Principle of a tower crane - a part of the construction is a weight that helps to improve the stability of the structure.
