Memory in space is defined as traces in space or in memory; it represents both a symbol of time and the place where experience occurs. The concept of the ephemeral in a museum refers to instantaneous and variable experiences rather than permanent structures. Permanent memory includes elements like fixed and time-resistant features, such as permanent exhibition spaces, and is therefore located on the more concealed southern façade of the building. Ephemeral elements, on the other hand, emerge in temporary exhibition spaces. These spaces are areas where ever-changing, personal, and one-time experiences take place. The most ephemeral part of the museum is the fractured walls at the entrance of the building, where momentary experiences occur.
