Popis projektu

The Cinecore project consists of several interconnected components designed to support the growth of the film industry and creative industries. The first key area is the Cinemas Halls, which will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology to provide a modern space for public film screenings. The Festival Plaza serves as an open venue for cultural and film festivals, where outdoor screenings, performances, and events can be held, enhancing the cultural atmosphere of the area. The Film Studios Complex is a crucial element, offering multiple film production studios for shooting, editing, and post-production activities, supporting filmmakers throughout the production process. Finally, the Exhibition Area will be dedicated to showcasing film-related art, historical film artifacts, and creative works, offering a space for public engagement with the world of cinema. These components collectively form a dynamic and integrated environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and the growth of the film industry in the region.

Technické informace

The Cinecore project utilizes a combination of steel structure and waffle slab for its construction, ensuring both strength and flexibility in design.

Steel Structure: The primary framework of the building will be constructed using a steel structure. Steel provides high strength and durability, allowing for the creation of large open spaces without the need for numerous internal columns. This is essential for the functional areas such as film studios, cinemas, and exhibition halls. The steel frame will be designed to withstand environmental forces, including seismic activity, while offering a lightweight yet strong foundation.

Waffle Slab: The flooring system of the building will feature a waffle slab, a type of reinforced concrete slab with a grid pattern of beams that create a series of recesses (or "waffles") underneath the slab. This design offers excellent load-bearing capacity while reducing the overall weight of the structure. Waffle slabs are ideal for large spaces with heavy loads, such as cinema halls and studios, as they allow for greater spans between supports and improved acoustic properties.
