Idea projektu

The project of the residential complex is located on the territory of the lake "Sredny Kaban". 33 military camp is also located there. This area is in rather poor condition and the infrastructure is poorly developed there. For this reason, the task was to create an apartment complex with a large number of functions on the ground floor and the second floor. The architecture of the residential complex is made in the late high-tech style with a parametric glass additional canopy. This building will have urban significance and will attract attention for the Bilbao effect.

Technické informace

the construction of the residential complex is a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. this technology is already quite cheap and simple, which reduces the cost of production. The cladding of the building is made of metal perforated plates that have a self-cleaning effect, which gives the project the opportunity to always look like new. The parametric part itself is made of a metal frame where glass plates are inserted, which create the illusion of a wave
