Idea projektu

Návrh Ambasády Českej republiky v hlavnom meste Etiópie Addis Abeba je riešením súťaže Inspireli Awards 2019. Ambasáda je navrhovaná na dosiaľ prázdnom pozemku nepravidelného tvaru, ktorý je situovaný neďaleko centra mesta.
Pozemok som v západnej časti predelila cestou, ktorá prepája južnú so severnou komunikáciou a zároveň oddeľuje objekt pre miestne sily a parkovisko pre klientov konzulárneho a vízového oddelenia od zvyšku areálu. Celý areál je chránený betónovým plotom o výške 3,5m. Pred vstupom do reprezentačnej časti veľvyslanectva a rezidencie je priehľadný kovový plot.
Do areálu je možné sa dostať troma hlavnými vstupmi. Každý vstup má otváraciu bránu pre autá a zároveň aj pre peších, ktorá je chránená zo security pointu.
Hlavnou myšlienkou môjho návrhu bolo vytvoriť kompaktný súbor budov s vnútorným dvorom, ktorý sa prispôsobí danému pozemku a vlastným funkciám. Vytvorila som rôzne druhy dvorov, ktoré sú od seba oddelené múrmi.


The proposal of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in the Capital of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, is the solution of the Inspireli Awards 2019. The Embassy is designed on a still empty, irregularly shaped building land, located near the city center.
In the western part of the building land, I divide the road that connects the south with the northern road while separating the building for local forces and parking for consular and visa clients from the rest of the complex.
The whole area is protected by a concrete fence of 3.5 m. There is a transparent metal fence before entering the embassy's representative part and the residence. It is possible to get to the area by three main entrances. Each entry has an opening gate for the cars and also for the pedestrians, which is protected from a security point.
The main idea of my proposal is to create a compact set of buildings with a courtyard that adapts to the land and its functions. I created different kinds of yards that are separated by the walls.

SITUOVANIE
Rovinatý pozemok na adrese Bole Kifle Ketema Kebele 6 o rozlohe 13 304m2 je lemovaný z juhu príjazdovou cestnou komunikáciou smerujúcou zo západu, ktorá v polovici dĺžky pozemku končí ako slepá ulica so súkromnými rezidenciami a pneuservisom.
Z východnej a severnej strany vymedzuje pozemok cestná komunikácia ukončená spevnenou povrchovou kanalizáciou na odvod dažďovej vody.
Zo západnej strany pozemok susedí s budovou školy, ktorá siaha až na hranicu pozemku.
Pozemok je prístupný z každej strany, pretože je obkolesený dopravnými komunikáciami.

URBANISTICKÉ RIEŠENIE
Parkovisko ponúkajúce 6 parkovacích miest so šikmým státím je prístupné jednosmernou komunikáciou z juhu smerujúcou na spomínanú oddeľovaciu cestu. Z parkoviska vedie chodník priamo ku prekrytému vstupu konzulárneho a vízového objektu. Pred vstupom je vyvýšený priestor prístupný rampou ponad umelo vytvorené jazierko.
Miestne sily sídlia v samostatnom objekte prístupnom z východnej strany.
Južný vjazd smeruje po kruhovom objazde k prekrytému vstupu do úradnej budovy a pokračuje popri 13-tich parkovacích miestach pre zamestnancov k východnému východu. Od oboch vjazdov je možné sa dostať aj na kruhový objazd pred rezidenciou veľvyslanca. Severozápadný vjazd slúži pre pracovníkov bývajúcich v areály a pre príležitostných zamestnancov kuchyne. Za daným vjazdom je pod prístreškom situovaných aj 8 parkovacích miest a priestor na odpad.
V časti bývania pracovníkov úradu vedie po obvode pozemku prístupová cesta k jednotlivým bytom, ktorá vedie až ku kuchyni reprezentačnej jedálne rezidencie veľvyslanca. Každý byt má pred vchodom parkovacie miesto pod podlubím. Vo dvore, ktorý byty vymedzujú je navýšený kopec, z ktorého vyúsťuje východ z podchodu smerujúceho do úradnej budovy.
Z foyer úradnej budovy je prístupné átrium určené na fajčenie.
Z reprezentačnej jedálne je prístupný dvor s terasou na usporadúvanie hostín pre max. 30 osôb.
Reprezentačné jedálne úradnej budovy aj rezidencie sa otvárajú do formálne terasy so striktne vymedzenou formou a umelým jazierkom. Z terasy je prístup do zeleňou porasteného dvora.
Dvor rezidencie je z troch strán vymedzený samotnou rezidenciou a smerom od úradnej budovy múrom. Priestor súkromného dvora je oddelený vizuálnou bariérou od reprezentačnej časti rezidencie.
Budova konzulárneho a vízového oddelenia je dvojpodlažná, so štvorcovým pôdorysným tvarom, vyčnievajúca do každej strany od úradnej budovy. Úradná budova a rezidencia s bytmi zamestnancov sú dvojpodlažné. Zázemie kuchyne má jedno podlažie a budova miestných síl 3.
Konzulárny objekt je umiestnený na hranici juhozápadného rohu pozemku. Úradná budova je situovaná na juh a jej reprezentačná časť smerom na západ a do vnútorného dvora. Zázemie kuchyne je v severozápadnom rohu pozemku. Byty zamestnancov sú v severnej a východnej časti. Rezidencia je umiestnená v juhovýchodnom rohu.

ARCHITEKTONICKÉ RIEŠENIE
Hlavná fasáda úradnej budovy a rezidencie veľvyslanca je obložená keramickým obkladom v miestnej farbe "coffee soil". Konzulárny objekt je tiež obložený keramickým obkladom bielej farby. Reprezentačné priestory situovaná smerom do vnútorného dvora majú presklené fasády spájané systémom "spiderov". Ďalšie fasády sú omietnuté na bielo.

DISPOZIČNO-PREVÁDZKOVÉ RIEŠENIE
Všetky 3 security pointy majú zo závetria zadný vchod do zádveria, z ktorého je prístupné wc a miestnosť na kontrolu prichádzajúcich a odchádzajúcich automobilov a ľudí s okienkom a východom priamo do prestrešeného priestoru na kontrolu.
Čakáreň konzulárneho a vízového objektu prístupná zo zádveria je v priamom kontakte cez okienko s podateľňou konzulárneho a vízového oddelenia. Umožňuje tiež prístup na wc a do dvoch jednacích miestností. Z čakárne sa zamestnanci dostanú do komunikačného priestoru s kuchynkou, schodiskom a výťahom. Je odtiaľ prístup do podateľní, jednacích miestností, wc pre zamestnancov a do foyer úradnej budovy. Na II.NP je z komunikačného priestoru prístupný sekretariát konzula, kancelária konzula, kancelária konzulárneho oddelenia, kancelária vízového oddelenia, archív, wc konzula, kuchynka prepojená chodbou s wc pre zamestnancov, zasadacou miestnosťou a kuchynkou zasadacej miestnosti. Z kuchynky je možné výjsť na terasu určenú na oddych pre zamestnancov. Z komunikačného priestoru sa je možné dostať na prepojovací mostík so úradnou budovou, z ktorého je prístup na hlavné schodisko.
Do úradnej budovy sa vchádza z prestrešeného priestoru cez turniketové dvere do foyer, ktoré siaha cez dve podlažia. Z foyer je prístupná šatňa, wc, átrium určené na fajčenie, západný dvor, reprezentačný salónik s terasou, reprezentačnú jedáleň, reprezentačnú sálu pre 150 ôsob a recepciu úradnej budovy. Salónik, jedáleň a sála, sú navzájom prepojené a ponúkajú variabilný priestor.
Zázemie reprezentačnej časti s hospodárskym vstupom zo severu je tvorené zádverím, z ktorého vedie naskladňovacia chodba sprístupňujúca chladený sklad, suchý sklad a chodbu do kuchyne. Ďalej sa zo zádveria dá dostať priamo do nečistej šatne a cez hygienický uzol do čistej šatne. Samotná kuchyňa obsahuje príručný sklad, prípravovňu, prípravovňu mäsa, umyváreň čierneho a bieleho riadu, zádverie smerujúce do exteriéru, prípravovňu nápojov so skladom nápojov prístupným z exteriéru a office čašníkov smerujúci do jedálne a na terasu. Z exteriéru je prístupnú sklad chladeného odpadu a sklad vybavenia s výťahom do úkrytu.
V úradnej budove sa z recepcie môžeme schodiskom alebo výťahom dostať do I.PP kde je kancelársky blok C obsahujúci dve kancelárie, wc so sprchou a kuchynku. Ďalej je tu centrálna miestnosť pre upratovačku a tajný archív. Z podchodu je prístupná strojovňa bazéna a úkryt s hygienou, kuchynkou a skladmi.
Na recepciu je možný prístup z podchodu smerujúceho z časti pre bývanie zamestnancov. Úradná budova má samostatnú jednaciu miestnosť a z chodby prístupné na jednej strane kancelárie bloku B a na druhej strane kancelárie bloku D a spoločné wc s kuchynkou a terasou.
Na II.NP je priamo prístupné wc veľvyslanca, wc zamestnancov, kuchynka s terasou a kancelária veľvyslanca so sekretariátom. Z oddelenej chodby sa vchádza do kancelárií a archívu bloku A.
Samostatnú časť tvorí technické zázemie v podzemí úradnej budovy.
Rezidencia veľvyslanca má hlavný vchod do preskleného zádveria z prestrešenej promenády. Zo zádveria sa dostávame cez vstupnú halu so šatňou a wc do reprezentačného salónika a ďalej do reprezentačnej jedálne a s kuchyňou až na terasu.
Zo zádveria sa dostávame aj priamo do kancelárie veľvyslanca a do súkromnej časti rezidencie. Cez vstupnú chodbu s pohotovostným wc prechádzame do dennej časti, teda do obývačky, jedálne a kuchyne, ktoré sú umiestnené v jednom priestore aj so schodiskom. Samostatných vchodom je umožnený prístup cez rampu do hosťovskej izby a do garáže.
Na II.NP sa nachádza spálňa so šatníkom a kúpeľňou, dve izby so samostatnými kúpeľňami a spoločním šatníkom a fitness s balkónom.
Byty pre zamestnancov majú na prízemí presklené zádverie, vstupnú chodbu so schodiskom, kúpeľňu a dennú časť s terasou. Na II.NP majú kúpeľne, izby a balkóny. Veľkosť dennej časti a počet izieb závisí od veľkosti bytov. V Severozápadnom rohu sú dva jednoizbové kuriérske byty umiestnené nad sebou. Vo dvore je umiestnený "tukul", africká kruhová stavba s ohniskom.
Objekt pre miestne sily má na prízemí spoločnú kuchyňu, práčovňu, dámsku a pánsku šatňu s kúpeľňou a schodisko s výťahom. Samostatne prístupná je dielňa umiestnená vo dvore. Na II. a III.NP sa nachádzajú štyri dvojizbové byty s balkónmi. Vo dvore je umiestnený "tukul".


LOCATION
The flat land at Bole Kifle Ketema Kebele 6 with an area of 13 304m2 is flanked from the south by an access road leading from the west, which ends as a no thoroughfare with private residences and a tire service in the middle of the building land.
From the eastern and northern sides, the road is defined by road communications terminated by a drained rainwater drainage system.
On the west side, the site is adjacent to a school building that extends to the site boundary.
The land is accessible from every side as it is surrounded by traffic roads.

URBANISTIC SOLUTION
The car park offering 6 parking spaces with a sloping ground is accessible by one-way communication from the south towards the aforementioned separation path. From the parking lot, the walkway leads directly to the covered entrance of the consular and visa building. In front of the entrance is an elevated space accessible by a ramp over the artificial pond.
Local forces are housed in a separate facility accessible from the east.
The south entrance leads round the roundabout to the covered entrance of the official building and continues alongside the 13 parking spaces for the staff to the east. It is also possible to get to the roundabout in front of the Ambassador's residence from both entrances. The northwest entrance is used by the site residents and occasionally by the kitchen staff. There are 8 parking spaces behind this particular entrance and a waste area under the shelter.
In the housing section of the office workers, the access road to the individual flats leads along the perimeter of the bulilding land, leading up to the kitchen of the Ambassador's representative dining room. Each apartment has a parking spot under the arcade in front of the entrance. In the yard, which is defined by the flats, there is a raised hill from which the exit from the subway leads to the official building .
Smoking area is accessible from the office building's foyer.
From the representative dining room there is a courtyard with a terrace for holding banquets for max. 30 people. Representative dining rooms of the official building as well as residences open into a formal terrace with strictly defined form and artificial pond. From the terrace you can access the green yard.
The yard residence is delimited from the three sides by the residence itself and away from the office building by the wall. The space of the private courtyard is separated by a visual barrier from the representative part of the residence.
The consular and visa department building is two-storey, with a square ground plan, protruding to the other side of the official building. The official building and the residence with the staff are two-storey. The kitchen area has one floor and a local force building 3.
The consular building is located on the border of the southwest corner of the property. The official building is situated to the south and its representative part towards the west and the inner courtyard. The kitchen area is in the northwest corner of the property. Staff apartments are in the north and east. The residence is located in the southeast corner.

ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION
The main facade of the official building and the Ambassador's residence is lined with ceramic tiles in the local "coffee soil". The consular object is also lined with white ceramic tiles. Representative spaces facing the inner courtyard have glazed facades connected by a "spider" system. Other facades are plastered white.

DISPLAY-OPERATING SOLUTION
All 3 security points have a leeward entrance to the lobby, from which the toilet and a room for checking incoming and outgoing cars and people is accessible. The room has a window and exit directly into the sheltered control area.
The consular and visa facility waiting room is accessible via the consular and visa filing box. It also allows access to the toilet and two meeting rooms. From the waiting room, employees get into the communications area with a kitchenette, staircase and an elevator. There is an access to filing rooms, meeting rooms, staff toilets and the official building foyer. On the second floor, the consul's secretariat, the consul office, the consular office, the visa office, the archive, the toilet, and the kitchen are connected to the corridor with the staff's toilet, the meeting room and the kitchen. From the kitchenette you can go to the terrace designed for employees. From the communication area, it is possible to reach the interconnection bridge with the official building, from which the main staircase is accessible.
You can enter the office building from the sheltered space through the turnstile door to the foyer which extends over two floors. From the foyer there is a cloakroom, a toilet, a designated smoking area, a western courtyard, a representative lounge with a terrace, a representative dining room, a representative hall for 150 people, and an office building reception. The lounge, dining room and hall are interconnected and offer variable space..
The background of representative parts with an economic entrance from the north is formed by a lobby, from which a storage hall leading to a cold warehouse, such a warehouse and a corridor to the kitchen, leads. Next, from the lobby, you can go straight into the unclothed dressing room and through the hygienic knot to or in the dressing room. The kitchen itself contains storage material, preparation, meat preparation, black and white washroom, a vestibule leading to the exterior, preparation of beverages so that the beverage access from the exterior and the waiters' offices facing the dining room and the terrace can be stocked. From the exterior, there is an access to the store and a lift equipment to the shelter.
In the official building we can get from the reception to the staircase or by an elevator to 1st floor where the office block C contains two offices, a toilet with a shower and a kitchenette. There is also a central cleaning room and a secret archive. A swimming pool engine room and a shelter with the hygiene, a kitchen and a storage are accessible from the underpass.
At the reception you can access from the underpass pointing from the housing section. The official building has a separate meeting room and the hall where the offices of block B and the block D are accessible plus a toilet with a kitchenette and a terrace.
The ambassador's toilet, teh staff toilet, kitchen with terrace and the ambassador's office with the secretariat are directly accessible on the 2nd floor. You can enter the offices and archives of block A from a separate hallway.
A separate part is the technical background which is located in the underground of the official building.
The Ambassador's residence has a main entrance to the glazed vestibule of the roofed promenade. From the vestibule we get through the entrance hall with a dressing room and a toilet to the representative lounge and further to the representative dining room and the kitchen towards the terrace.
From the vestibule we get directly to the ambassador's office and to the private residence. Through the entrance hall with the emergency toilet we go to the daily part, that is to the living room, dining room and a kitchen, which are located in one space with a staircase. A separate entrance provides a ramp access to the guest room and a garage.
On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom, two rooms with separate bathrooms and a shared wardrobe and a fitness room with a balcony.
Flats for employees have glassed-in vestibules on the ground floor, entrance hall with staircase, bathroom and daily part with terrace. The 2nd floor has bathrooms, rooms and balconies. The daily portion and the number of rooms depend on the size of the apartments. In the northwest corner there are two one-room courier flats placed one above the other. In the yard there is a "tukul", an African circular building.
The local force building has a shared kitchen on the ground floor, a laundry room, ladies' and men's dressing room with a bathroom and a staircase with the lift. The workroom is located in the yard. In the 2nd and 3rd floor there are four two-room apartments with balconies. There is "tukul" in the yard.

CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
