Idea projektu
An urban intervention in Pic Ville that integrates with the existing urbanism of downtown Sfax by extending the city's main thoroughfares. In this new proposal, we have attempted to reintegrate the hotel named Tour de Lys into the heart of Pic Ville.
Popis projektu
The ground floor is designated for commercial use, while the upper floors are dedicated to the hotel, providing various amenities such as exhibition spaces, a restaurant, a swimming pool, rooms...
Technické informace
The tower is built around three compartments and features a metal structure.
