Falla y Nada

Idea projektu

Falla y Nada takes place in Palma de Mallorca. The project questions the place of the car in the city center. The concept is a rehabilitation of underground car parks, under a park, into an attractive complex for the metropolis of Palma.

Popis projektu

It contains a sports center, a wellness center, a logistics center, an agritourism center and food halls. The underground makes it possible to have an attractive center, cool in summer and warm in summer thanks to the inertia and shrinkage underground.

Technické informace

It's a renovation so we have just split the levels that the parking lot offers us. A large space is given to vegetation and glass walls in order to have a welcoming place.
