We hope that the construction of this new fire station will increase the connection with the neighboring community and provide residents and schools with knowledge about fire prevention.
The destruction of the building as a result of the bombing during the Ukrainian-Russian War led us to reflect on the camouflage nature of the building, and to discuss the possibility of covering the roof of the building with soil or green roofing.
The possibility of harmonizing with the neighboring cemetery, integrating the building with the cemetery in an organic landscape, and making it look as if it naturally blends into the environment. Natural materials, neutral colors, and building materials with a modest appearance were used to minimize visual disturbances to the cemetery.
