In today's world with a high population density in cemeteries, unfortunately, there is no place left for people who have already left this world. According to the Moscow City Ritual Service, there are 136 cemeteries in the capital. In many cemeteries, there are no free plots for burials and only burials in family graves are allowed. The cemeteries are full, and in most cases there is no way to increase their area. The growth of cemeteries leads to the fact that they occupy more and more vast territories.
It is also worth adding that cremation is a more environmentally friendly way, more economical and compact. Moreover, the location of the columbarium is acceptable even in the central part of the city.
People are often wary of cemeteries because of their atmosphere, the sense of bitterness and loss that comes with the first mention, and most architects won't even take on the task. However, despite this, the development of such territories is very important to create a correct perception and healthy attitude towards such places.
Based on the above, it can be noted that the main objective of this project is the creation of a crematorium in the Moscow region, as well as the development of the territory adjacent to it.
The main goal of the project is to develop a project for a crematorium as a place of farewell, as well as a columbarium area that creates an atmosphere of calm and contemplation. You can also add that this task has a rather narrow framework, from the point of view of ethics and moral principles, which adds certain difficulties.

В современном мире с высокой плотностью населения на кладбищах, к сожалению, не остается места для людей, которые уже покинули этот мир. Согласно данным Московской городской ритуальной службы, в столице 136 кладбищ. На многих кладбищах свободных участков под захоронения нет и на них разрешены лишь погребения в родственные могилы. Кладбища заполнены, и в большинстве случаев нет никакой возможности увеличивать их площадь. Разрастание кладбищ привод к тому, что они занимают все более обширные территории.
Также стоит добавить, что кремация – это более экологичный способ, более экономичный и компактный. Более того, расположение колумбария допустимо даже в центральной части города.
Люди часто относятся к кладбищам насторожено из-за их атмосферы, чувства горечи и утраты, возникающего при первом же упоминании, а большинство архитекторов даже не возьмется за данную задачу. Однако, несмотря на это, развитие таких территорий очень важно для создания правильного восприятия и здорового отношения к подобным местам.
Исходя их вышеперечисленного можно отметить, что основной задачей данного проекта является создание крематория в Московской области, а также развитие прилегающей к нему территории.
Основная цель проекта заключается в разработке проекта крематория, как места прощания, а также территории колумбария, создающей атмосферу спокойствия и располагающую к размышлениям. Добавить можно еще то, что данная задача имеет достаточно узкие рамки, с точки зрения этики и моральных устоев, что добавляет определенных сложностей.

Popis projektu

The space of the memorial complex consists of several volumes: the building of the crematorium, the columbarium of the 1st stage and the columbarium of the 2nd stage, the memorial zone and the parking zone.
The main volume is the crematorium. With its complex shape, it has a protecting function, and also divides the site into 2 zones. Since the volume has a complex shape, it is divided into several sections. The original idea of the volume of the crematorium was to illuminate the ceremonial halls, and therefore a large stained glass system appears in the halls of farewell so that, despite the rather gloomy function of the building, as much natural light as possible penetrates into it.
In plan, the building of the crematorium forms a corner, which makes it possible to make a place from the side of the entrance of visitors where life goes on in the way we are used to. There is a recreation area with a decorative lake around which you can walk and sit on benches while relatives are waiting for the ceremony to begin.
The eastern part of the site is where life stops, a place where you can think, where the relatives of the deceased could gather their thoughts and accept what is happening, so a small decorative lake of memory and a memorial zone appear here. The memorial is a wall of memory, in terms of forming a circle in the center of which there is a stele.
The southern part of the site is a memory zone - a columbarium of the 1st stage. You can walk here from the parking lot, the crematorium and the memorial part. Columbarium forms a closed quiet space where everyone can go to the cell of their relative, sit on the benches, or walk around the central and largest lake of memory. Also, on the eastern side, a columbarium of the 2nd stage is planned, which may well carry a protecting function in terms of the composition of the complex.
On the west side, there are 2 parking lots: for buses bringing visitors and, possibly, coffins with the bodies of the dead, and parking for personal vehicles, related not only to the crematorium, but also to burial sites in the ground.
As for the internal structure of the 1st floor, it can be divided by function into 4 zones: an administrative zone, a zone for recreation and emotional unloading of personnel, a zone for receiving and transporting the bodies of the deceased, and a farewell zone, consisting of 3 blocks for visitors. Separate entrances are provided for employees of the crematorium and relatives: for employees - from the northern and for visitors - from the western facades.
The -1 floor of the crematorium can be accessed via stairs and elevators in each block of the northern part of the building, which is open only to crematorium workers, as well as via elevators in the body preparation rooms in the farewell block. On this floor there are cremation ovens and all the necessary equipment, as well as rooms for examinations.
In this project, landscaping and gardening has its own important symbolism and should convey a certain mood and atmosphere.

Пространство мемориального комплекса состоит из нескольких объемов: здание крематория, колумбарий 1 очереди и колумбарий 2 очереди, мемориальная зона и зона парковки.
Главный объем – крематорий. Своей сложной формой он несет ограждающую функцию, а также делит участок на 2 зоны. Поскольку объем имеет сложную форму, он разделен на несколько секций. Изначальная идея объема крематория заключалось в освещении церемониальных залов, и поэтому в залах прощания появляется большая витражная система для того, чтобы, несмотря на достаточно мрачную функция здания, в него проникало как можно больше естественного света.
В плане здание крематория образует угол, что позволяет сделать со стороны подъезда посетителей место, где жизнь протекает в привычном нам ключе. Здесь есть зона рекреации с декоративным озером, вокруг которого можно пройтись, посидеть на лавочках, пока родственники ожидают начала церемонии.
Восточная часть участка – здесь жизнь останавливается, место, где можно подумать, где родственники усопших могли бы собраться с мыслями и принять происходящее, поэтому тут появляется небольшое декоративное озеро памяти и мемориальная зона. Мемориал представляет собой стену памяти, в плане образующую круг в центре которого находится стела.
Южная часть участка – зона памяти – колумбарий 1-й очереди. Сюда можно пройти от парковки, крематория и мемориальной части. Колумбарий образует закрытое тихое пространство, где каждый может пройти к ячейке своего родственника, посидеть на лавочках, или же пройтись вокруг центрального и самого большого озера памяти. Так же с восточной стороны планируется колумбарий 2-й очереди, который вполне может нести и ограждающую функцию с точки зрения композиции комплекса.
Со стороны запада расположено 2 парковки: для автобусов, привозящих посетителей и, возможно, гробы с телами усопших, и парковка для личного транспорта, относящаяся не только к крематорию, но и к участкам захоронения в землю.
Что касается внутреннего устройства 1-го этажа – его можно разделить по функции на 4 зоны: административная зона, зона отдыха и эмоциональной разгрузки персонала, зона приема и транспортировки тел усопших и зона прощания, состоящая их 3-х блоков для посетителей. Для работников крематория и для родственников предусмотрены раздельные входы: для работников – с северного и для посетителей – западного фасадов.
На -1 этаж крематория можно попасть через лестницы и лифты в каждом блоке северной части здания, которая открыта только для работников крематория, а также через лифты в комнатах подготовки тел в блоке прощания. На этом этаже находятся печи для проведения кремаций и всё необходимое оборудование, а также помещения проведения экспертиз.
В данном проекте благоустройство и озеленение имеет свою немаловажную символику и должно передавать определенное настроение и атмосферу.

Technické informace

The selected site is located on the territory of the Domodedovo cemetery in the Moscow region.
At the moment, the site is not occupied by burials, which allows maximum use of its area. In the eastern part there is the village of Istomikha, in the northern part there is an existing cemetery. And on the south and west sides, the cemetery is surrounded by forest. Also, nearby is the highway A-105 "the access road from Moscow to Domodedovo Airport", which connects the territory of the cemetery with the nearest infrastructure by road 46K-4230.
The building of the crematorium is made in monolithic technology. Its ground part consists of 2 volumes, one with a height of 4800 mm, and the second 8950 mm. The underground part is the technical floor. Clear height 4150 mm. Bearing frame of the building: frame. The outer walls are not load bearing. Structural system: frame with irregular pitch of load-bearing structures. Step of vertical load-bearing structures: 6000 x 6000 mm - in the horizontal block and 7200 x 6000 mm - in the vertical one. Bearing structures monolithic reinforced concrete. The façade is finished with light plaster with a sufficient amount of glazing. For additional illumination of the mezzanine floor, light lanterns appear in the corridor area.
The height of the memory wall is 8700 mm, the height of the stele is planned to be 18000 mm according to the project.

Выбранный участок находиться на территории Домодедовского кладбища в Московской области.
На данный момент участок не занят захоронениями, что позволяет максимально использовать его площадь. В восточной части находиться деревня Истомиха, в северной – существующее кладбище. А с южной и западной сторон кладбище окружено лесом. Также рядом проходит автодорога А–105 «подъездная дорога от Москвы к аэропорту Домодедово», которая связывает дорогой 46К–4230 территорию кладбища с ближайшей инфраструктурой.
Здание крематория выполнено в монолитной технологии. Его наземная часть составляет 2 объема, один высотой 4800 мм, а второй 8950 мм. Подземная часть – технический этаж. Высота в чистоте 4150 мм. Несущий остов здания: каркасный. Наружные стены не являются несущими. Конструктивная система: каркасная с нерегулярным шагом несущих конструкций. Шаг вертикальных несущих конструкций: 6000 х 6000 мм – в горизонтальном блоке и 7200 х 6000 мм – в вертикальном. Несущие конструкции монолитный жб. Отделка фасада выполнена светлой штукатуркой с применением достаточного количества остекления. Для дополнительного освещения антресольного этажа в коридорной зоне появляются световые фонари.
Высота стены памяти составляет 8700 мм, высота стелы по проекту планируется 18000 мм.
