Idea projektu

The idea of ​​this project is to solve a problem that most people face on a daily basis. This is the creation of a guarded, safe, convenient parking lot. Moreover, this facility must meet the needs of people with limited mobility, including, therefore, parking spaces for the disabled are located on the ground floor, along with a toilet for them.

Popis projektu

The object (parking) is located in the center of Rostov-on-Don on the
section of Voroshilovsky Ave. and st. Sedov. It has a convenient location due to the nearby
the presence of business centers and other points of congestion of people who need to park their car.
Parking is designed for 200
parking places.

Technické informace

The structural system is simple: monolithic ceilings and columns.
