Idea projektu
The idea of this project is to create an image of a new unique building that will be an organic for building site and will be attractive for tourists of other countries.
Popis projektu
The project consists of several parts: study of the construction site, formation of a spatial planning solution and architectural concept of a facade. A master plan of the site was also developed, taking into account the specific purpose of the building - hotel.
Technické informace
The construction is made of monolithic reinforced concrete slab, which is supported by columns. The walls are not bearing, they are made of energy-efficient materials.
