The building area is less than 35% of the total
site area. Right orientation of the building
helps to get natural air conditioning and
lighting.
The choice of glass types were helpful to get
the good natural air conditioning and
lighting. In South side of the building double
façade was used to control the air
conditioning while changes between the
summer and winter seasons by performing
the Global warming in the side of the tower.
In both East and West sides
Thermochromatic Glasses was used to isolate
the direct bright sunlight. Selected Low E
Glass was used for the North side of the
building to get more natural lighting rather
than Reflected Glass.
The building materials are most available in
the same city. Slab system for the structure
helps to decrease 30% of the used materials
comparing to the normal structure system. 1,450,000 Liters per year are saved from the rains water. 25% of
the used power in the building are supplied from the solar panels system.
