Idea projektu

Данный дом является индивидуальным проектом, который был разработан специально для заказчика из г. Томск. При проектировании были учтены все его требования и пожелания, в частности и сама технология строительства A-frame. Главной задачей при проектировании данного дома было совмещение необычной технологии строительства и общей привлекательности строения как снаружи так и внутри.

This house is an individual project, which was developed specifically for a customer from Tomsk. When designing, all his requirements and wishes were taken into account, in particular, the A-frame construction technology itself. The main task in designing this house was to combine unusual construction technology and the overall attractiveness of the building both outside and inside.

Popis projektu

A-frame house или другими словами дом-шалаш это дом, конструкция которого отличается высокой двухскатной крышей от фундамента до конька. Вместе с тем она заменяет две стены дома, а ее фронтоны являются двумя оставшимися стенами. Дом такого типа отлично вписываются в природный ландшафт, выглядят оригинально и свежо, максимально не похоже на привычные городские и загородные дома, именно поэтому было принято решение проектировать дом по технологии А- frame.

A-frame house or in other words, a hut house is a house, the design of which is distinguished by a high gable roof from the foundation to the ridge. At the same time, it replaces two walls of the house, and its pediments are the two remaining walls. A house of this type fits perfectly into the natural landscape, looks original and fresh, as much as possible unlike the usual city and country houses, which is why it was decided to design a house using A-frame technology.

Technické informace

Нашей командой был разработан концепт индивидуального жилого дома. Мы продумали каркас, дизайн экстерьера, а также благоустройство придомвой территории. Технической частью, в частности проводкой, водоснабжением, водоотводом и отоплением занималась команда инженеров.

Our team developed the concept of an individual residential building. We thought over the frame, exterior design, as well as landscaping of the adjacent territory. The technical part, in particular wiring, water supply, drainage and heating, was handled by a team of engineers.
