Idea projektu

The primary objective of the project is to donate part of the surface to the well-being of the city and at the same time create a new social and economic attraction to the port area.

Popis projektu

The masterplan provides for the development of a non-residential area with buildings for offices, hotels, restaurants and leisure activities, sports areas and shopping centers distributed around the large city park, the new green lung of Beirut, placed in contact with the waterfront.

Technické informace

The project program is therefore established starting from the subdivision into the two macro-areas, going to insert the various new urban functions and the interconnections in an organic way.
The design of the project areas is suggested by the existing waterfront, so as to contain the project in the existing area and not alter the amount of available surface, avoiding further expansion on the seabed.
