After many studies about the markets and methods of market trading and its role in the culture of people, different ideas were formed that the most important factors were that the business complex should have a form and an attractive viewpoint indicating the potential of the region to absorb. Tourists and a new space for the people of the region. And they tried to form an abstract form of the north (the tributaries of the jungle of the river and the sea and the mountain ...)

The project site is located parallel to and near the Cheshmeh Kilda Shahsavar River near the main entrance of the city and 100 meters from the sea. The reason for choosing this site is:
 1- Close the site to the main entrance of the city and stay at the lower level of the road, which makes the main entrance of the city completely overlooks the building and attracts tourists and travelers.

3-Place the site along with two hotels and a recreational club and sports hall.
