Idea projektu

The main idea was to preserve and increase the number of green spaces, create a green point of attraction inside the historic part of the city, as well as a pleasant, well-maintained safe zone. The project also takes into account various types of buildings and landscape design, which improves the quality of the environment due to its diversity. A scheme of seating of herbaceous meadow plants has been developed, which significantly increases the attractiveness of the territory.

Popis projektu

The selected site is located in the Admiralteisky district of St. Petersburg. The territory is included in the boundaries of the historical center.
During the analysis of this section, the road network, functional zoning and landscaping were considered. The advantages and disadvantages of the territory were identified, on the basis of which the concept of the project was subsequently built.
The project proposes the maximum preservation of existing plantings of plants - trees and shrubs, as well as the addition and increase in the number of vegetation on the territory. Among other things, a new transit-planning network has been developed that supports the existing axes of the site. The parking zone of the site has also been changed and improved, taking into account all the norms and trends of modern cities.

Playgrounds and swings were developed as small architectural forms, as well as pavilions and a dry fountain were placed on the territory. The site includes not only an active recreation area with children, but also a quiet walking area, separated by green plantings.
Thus, the developed proposal solves a number of existing problems, takes into account the advantages of the site and reveals the potential of the selected territory.

Technické informace

The types of coatings used are asphalt, various types of paving, lawn.
Plants: flower garden - meadow grasses, trees and shrubs - various forms and types.
Small architectural forms - the author's playground and swings.
Trade pavilions and toilets, dry fountains.
