Idea projektu

The concept is based on the idea of efficient use of space with the possibility of expanding functional areas, so ALE (architectural landscape elements) are developed in a modular system. The main material is supposed to be used is wood: pine. We create an integral space that promotes communication between generations and representatives of various subcultures is the ideological core of the project concept.

The territory is bounded by a forest. The territory is fenced and bounded by highway. A public transport stop is located 15 minutes away.

Project mission based on creating a functional public space (recreation center) that is attractive to various population groups and takes into account their interests, observing a balance between the use of modern solutions and the preservation of the existing natural relief.

The territory entrance is carried out through a checkpoint and leads to the parking lot. This road to the parking lot was narrowed to 3500 mm. Parking lots are designed for 120 people and 25 parking spaces. Payment for parking, gazebos is carried out in the technical block at the parking lot, there is also a small warehouse.

Gazebos are modular systems that are interconnected, which increase the dimensions without designing. The main path is a wooden deck its leading to the gazebos area. The paths are connected to each other by a metal mesh flooring, forming a space for rest. They are laid for more comfortable movement and the creation of separate recreation areas.

ALE (architectural landscape element) are selected taking into account the existing ones. The main mats for recreation will be pallets assembled in various configurations with a soft substrate on top. They already have a neutral color and can be partially painted in bright colors or be filled with graffiti.

The second types of ALE are outdoor sun beds and armchairs, they are also made of wood, take up little space and are easily portable.
The sport playground is a field with markings for various types of games, with a net and a gate, it is located at a distance from the main recreation areas.

The children's playground can have a different configuration, assembled from natural materials, processed pine. CPG platforms should be part of the overall appearance of the park.

The lighting will be provided by modern lanterns. Small lampposts with warm light will create comfort on the pedestrian path and will not illuminate the windows of gazebos. At the same time, it is planned to use energy-efficient LED light sources in the lanterns.

Technické informace

Gazebos have three sizes, which come from the base MINI 1500x3000 mm, connecting this module with each other, we get MID 3000x3000 mm and MAX 4500x3000 mm. The module is open on both sides and can be either glazed or closed on both sides.

The main material is timber for Gazebos as well as for children's playground and other ALE in order to achieve unity with nature.

Paths are covering with small pebbles, wooden deck and sand for ALE paths.
