Nowadays, according to the economic conditions of different societies, entrepreneurship plays a vital role in earning people's income. Therefore, people put their products and services on the market, and in this way, in addition to getting the necessities of their lives; They present their innovative ideas in their products. One of the most important of these products is sweets and chocolates, which many people are cooking these products at home due to the lack of suitable workspace.
Among the disadvantages of this, we can mention the non-participation of the producers with each other, the lack of visibility of their products, the lack of communication between the producer and the customer, and most importantly, the lack of participation of the people in the production of their requested products. Therefore, the existence of a place that can cover all the mentioned activities; is essential.

Popis projektu

This project is trying to present living patterns of architecture (algorithmic design) which is at the head of the user; In the space creations of the complex, it helps its contacts so that they can acquire knowledge and skills in baking sweets, cakes, and chocolates in suitable places outside their homes in full connection with the urban society in the workshops of the complex. Also, the working group in this field can rent special kitchens for a small fee and produce and sell their sweet foods through their skills. In addition, in producing sweet foods, people will try to improve their products with other experts who are familiar with them. And will deliver new products in a more innovative way. Another goal of this project is to create flexible and multi-functional spaces to improve the user's experience of the space; which causes more and better interaction between the city and the complex.

Design solutions have been used on the roof and walls to save and conserve energy. According to the weight of the building (two floors) and the loading, the structure of the building is concrete, which is also affordable.
