The problem of a shortage of housing for people in the city of Sochi has been seen for quite some time. Most of the residential buildings constructed are of a typical type, which in the future could lead to the loss of the city's distinctive character. That is why during the development the decision was taken to design a house which is different from all the others and has an individual conceptual character.Based on the analysis of contemporary experience in design and construction and basic research, the techniques of architectural transformation of form were used.
Transformation makes it possible to create buildings that are unique and unlike anything else, making them different from each other in terms of imagery and design.

The imagery of the prospective client and his wishes have formed an associative line and defined a conceptual model of the design object - a house for business people, whose time is either within human power or cannot be changed at all. The concept of a residential apartment building was developed based on the terms of the assignment, which defined the house as a place for living, as well as an area for rest and recreation. 
The placement of two different notions of life in the same building defined the layout of the house: on one side an endless flow of energy and resources, on the other side time confined within an enclosed space. They intersect with each other and create a kind of resistance, which becomes a connected thread.
