Idea projektu

Modern housing proposal, located in Honduras, currently in execution. The request of the family was a futuristic proposal, projects not very common in my country and adapted to the topography of the land.

Popis projektu

the limitations of the project were the budget and the topography itself, in the end it was decided to create the house on two levels but adapting the project to the topography, going down 17 steps and finding the kitchen, living room, dining room and with a view of the mountains that that It was the client's goal.

Technické informace

traditional materials from our region were used: block, cement, iron, durock, profile w, gutter, plaster board adjusted to the budget.
