Gabari: The maximum height of a building to be built as prescribed by the municipality is called a gabari.

Aerated concrete : Aerated concrete is a porous brick-shaped building material obtained by hardening the mortar formed by a mixture of siliceous sand ( quartzite ), cement, lime and water under pressure steam.
