Idea projektu

المشروع ببساطة عن تصميم بسيط مستوحي من حركة شراع المراكب المتواجدة في ميناء الاسكندرية ويظهر ذلك في الثلاثة اشرطة اعلي مبني الفندق والتي تحتوي علي الغرف الفندقية والتي تتكون من ثلاثة كتل بحيث تكون الكتلة الاكبر هي المهيمنة علي الكتلتين الاصغر وذلك ليكون المبني علامة مميزة لمدينة الاسكندرية.

The project is simply about a simple design inspired by the movement of the sail boats located in the port of Alexandria, and this is shown in the three strips at the top of the hotel building, which contain the hotel rooms, which consist of three blocks, so that the largest block is dominant over the two smaller blocks so that the building is a distinctive landmark of the city of Alexandria.

تم تصميم مشروع فندق الشراع ليتواجد بمنطقة ارض كوتة المتواجدة بشارع سوتر علي كورنيش الاسكندرية بجوار مكتبة الاسكندرية وهو يتكون من 40 طابق ويحتوي علي 280 غرفة فندقية 5 نجوم و 60 جناح فندقي ويتواجد بالدور الارضي والاول للفندق جزء تجاري للعامة يتكون من محال تجارية متنوعة , ويطل المشروع علي ميناء الاسكندرية القديم وتم استغلال ذلك في المطلات والمناظر الطبيعية من داخل الغرف لتري اكبر جزء من البحر مع الحفاظ علي الخصوصية.

The Sail Hotel project is designed to be located in the Kouta area located on Sutter Street on Alexandria Corniche next to the Library of Alexandria and it consists of 40 floors and contains 280 5-star rooms and 60 suites and is located on the ground floor and the first of the hotel is a commercial part for the public consisting of various commercial stores, and the project overlooks On the old port of Alexandria, this was used in the overlooks and landscapes from inside the rooms to see the largest part of the sea while preserving privacy.
