V blízkosti pražské Divoké Šárky se nachází, dnes už velice zanedbané a chátrající koupaliště u vodní nádrže Džbán. Samotná lokalita je však velice malebná a žádá si nové volnočasové využití pro obyvatele Prahy i okolí. Prvním předmětem obnovy území byla doprava. V rámci návrhu jsme zavedli elektro vlak, který by měl stanici u metra Veleslavín a dopravil návštěvníky až do samotného areálu. Po areálu by se pohyboval po dráze druhý vlak, který by měl stanice v jednotlivých centrech dění okolo Džbánu. Jelikož by bylo využití především sportovní a rekreační, myslíme zde i na studenty fakulty tělovýchovy a sportu, která se nachází poblíž Evropské ulice. Jedna ze stanic elektro vlaku by byla právě poblíž FTVS. V rámci revitalizace území jsme navrhli celou řadu aktivit, které by mohli návštěvníci využít. Prvním už zmíněným využitím je sport. Na severní straně Džbánu nalezneme celou řadu hřišť. (basketbal, fotbal, tenis, atd). V přímé návaznosti na vodní plochu zachováváme využití rekreační. V blízkosti komplexu je písečná pláž, ale najdeme zde i pláž nudistickou. Na východním břehu se rozprostírá velkorysé dětské hřiště s vodními prvky. Myslíme však i na návštěvníky s čtyřnohými mazlíčky. Pro ty je zde vyčleněna psí louce, kde je povolen volný pohyb psů. V neposlední řadě zmíním ještě pump track s přidruženým skateparkem či down-hill dráhu pro milovníky kola či skateboardů a koloběžek.

Near the Prague part - Divoká Šárka is a very neglected and dilapidated outdoor swimming area (lido) by the reservoir Džbán. However, the location itself is very picturesque and requires new leisure use for the inhabitants of Prague and its surroundings. The first subject of the renewal of the territory was transport. As part of the proposal, we introduced an electric train, which would have a station near the Veleslavín metro station and transport visitors to the complex. A second train would move along the track, which would have stations in the individual centers of events around Džbán. Since as the use of the area would be primarily for sports and recreational, we also think of students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, which is located near Evropská Street. One of the electric train stations would be near FTVS (university). As part of the revitalization of the area, we proposed a lot of activities, that visitors could use. The first use already mentioned is sport. On the north side of Džbán we find a lot of playgrounds. (basketball, football, tennis, etc.). In direct connection with the water area, we maintain the use of recreation. There is a sandy beach near the complex, but there is also a nudist beach. On the east bank is a generous playground with water features. However, we also think of visitors with four-legged pets. For them there is a dog meadow , where the free movement of dogs is allowed. Last but not least, I will mention the pump track with an affiliated skate park. or down-hill track for lovers of bicycles or skateboards and scooters. scooeers.

V samotném srdci areálu jsme navrhli komplex, který obsahuje nejen **** a ***** hotel ve věžích, doplněný o restauraci, skybar, hotelové wellness, administrativní část, ale i krytá sportoviště (multifunkční sály, volejbal, squash, sály na lekce, fotbal, atd), aquapark s tobogány, wellness, či konferenční sály. V přízemním podlaží komplexu můžeme vstoupit do hotelového lobby, které obsahuje butiky, obchody či exponovanou kavárnu. Z něj se pak návštěvníci mohou přemístit do pokojových podlaží hotelu pomocí výtahů, či využít hotelovou snídárnu a restauraci. V druhé části 1. nadzemního podlaží nalezneme aquapark, který se rozprostírá přes 3 nadzemní podlaží. V 2. nadzemním podlaží nalezneme zmiňovaná krytá sportoviště. Ať už sály pro skupinové lekce, spinning sál, squash, víceúcelová hřiště a nebo fitness. Když se přesuneme o patro výš, zde nalezneme administrativní zázemí hotelu, či konferenční sály, určené pro veřejné přednášky či konference. Ve věžích komplexu umisťujeme samotná pokojová patra. V jedné věži se nachází část 5* se skybarem a v druhé věži část 4*. Ve špicích věží jsou umístěna technická podlaží či vysílače (telekomunikace). Pod komplexem navrhujeme rozsáhlé parkoviště pro návštěvníky hotelu i aquaparku, ale i hospodářský dvůr gastro části s točnou pro nákladní automobily.

In the heart of the swimming area (lido), we designed a complex that contains not only **** and ***** hotel in the towers, complemented of restaurant, skybar, hotel wellness, administrative part, but also indoor sports grounds (multifunctional halls, volleyball, squash, halls for lessons, football, etc.), aquapark with water slides, wellness, or conference halls. On the ground floor of the complex we can enter to the hotel lobby, which contains boutiques, shops and an exposed cafe. From there, visitors can then move to the hotel's room floors using the lifts, or use the hotel’s breakfast room and restaurant. In the second part of the 1st floor we find an aquapark, which extends over 3 floors. On the 2nd floor we find the mentioned indoor sports grounds. Whether halls for group lessons, spinning hall, squash, multi-purpose playgrounds or fitness. If we move upstairs, we will find the administrative facilities of the hotel, or conference halls, designed for public lectures or conferences. In the towers of the complex we place the room floors themselves. In one tower there is part of 5* hotel with skybar and in the other tower part of 4* hotel. Technical floors or transmitters (telecommunications) are located in the tops of the towers. Under the complex, we propose a large parking for visitors of the hotel and aquapark, as well as a farmyard gastro part with a turntable for trucks.

Technické informace

Konstrukce komplexu je řešena pomocí 3d struktury a ocelového skeletu. Součástí pláště objektu je LED světelná síť zapuštěná do GRP panelů.

The construction of the complex is solved using a 3D structure and a steel skeleton. Part of the building's envelope is an LED light network embedded in GRP panels.
