Family house in the countryside - Skalička

The family house is located in the small South Moravian village of Skalička, in the Tišnov region. It is designed as one of the objects of the newly planned development of the village.
The concept was to design a modern family house using the principles of traditional country houses.
The building has the shape of the letter "L" and is one-storey with an attic and a partial basement. The orientation of the house is to the south-west,
while the main living room, i.e. the living room with kitchen is oriented to the street in a north-east direction.

Rodinný dům na venkově - Skalička

Rodinný dům se nachází v malé jihomoravské obci Skalička, na Tišnovsku. Je navržen jako jeden z objektů nově plánované zástavby obce.
Konceptem bylo navrhnout moderní rodinný dům s využitím principů tradičních venkovských rodinných domů.
Objekt má tvar písmena ,,L“ a je jednopodlažní s podkrovím a částečným podsklepením. Orientace domu je na jihozápad,
přičemž hlavní obytná místnost, tj. obývací pokoj s kuchyní je orientována i do ulice severovýchodním směrem.
