Business Center Project

Idea projektu

The main idea of this project is the creation of a modern business center, which would be an example of designing unique buildings, as well as reflecting the historical heritage in architecture.

Popis projektu

The project is executed in the style of Deconstructionism. This direction was chosen to characterize the unique building, giving it the technology of modern architecture in the best traditions of Deconstructionism and Modernity.

Technické informace

The area of the building of the business center – 32 440 sq.m.
Structure of all building is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete while the facade is solved in opaque glass with metal and concrete inserts and a natural stone.
The territory which has been taken away for design and construction, has almost triangular configuration in the plan; from two parties (western and northern) the site adjoins the river, from South side to the main road.
