Idea projektu

This project demonstrates the character of Silicon Valley. Contemporary problems require contemporary solutions. It is well known that California is a major region of technology development. But world population must remember about environment, animals and resources.

Aims such as creating preserving the environment and caring for animals prompted me to project an ecology center. This center will include recyclable material collection point, laboratories, lecture spaces, new projected green areas, parking for electric transport, using of solar energy and etc. Thus, this project can be a space for creating new technology solutions for the environmental problems. Laboratories and public lectures will help anyone with that.
This building can be economical in maintenance. Part of energy can be obtained from the sun. The 7th floor of the building will be rented out for coworking. It is perfect place for working with marvelous view to the city and mountains and near the business city center.
ECO center is an example of modern architecture (in different meanings) and functionality. In my opinion, this project can be a symbol for the whole world. The symbol of harmony of high technology and the environment.

Technické informace

ECO center consist of 7 floors and one more basement. These floors include laboratories recyclable material collection point, laboratories, lecture spaces, coworking area, terraces, food courts, rest areas, offices and exhibition spaces.
The highest point of the building is 33.1m. All facade materials are made from recycled plastic or metal. These textures and colors are mate, NOT glossy. Evenly distributed illumination is used in the building without bright rays. A large number of frosted glass is also provided by the projects. Each of the above aspects contributes to the protection of the environmental and birds, fish and etc.
