The inspiration for the idea of ​​the green loop came as an idea to give the project users multiple opportunities to see the project from different points and different heights as well in addition to achieving a part of the sustainability in the project through green roofs .The Dhahran Leisure Center is a project that is in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's 2030 vision to raise the level of entertainment so, the project aims to attract visitors from families or individuals people to spend fun time and promote local entertainment. In addition to supporting the national economy by creating job opportunities for Saudi youth and also by attracting companies and sponsors On a global level to improve the level of entertainment and highlight the potential of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this field

Popis projektu

The project consists of five main activities: the activity is the most prominent in the project, which is the imax cinema building, where films that shown as 3d way , it contains three halls of cinema that have the same goal, but with a different number of seats, which the main hall receives 300 visitors in addition to two sub-halls that receive 75 visitors for each hall . The second activity is the gymnasium, that receives over 100 visitors. The third activity is lesiure kids hall for children from 2-5 years, that recive children while their parents are in another area of ​​the center. The fourth activity, it`s a mini library for visitors to the center, where calm was established, unlike the other activities of the center. The fifth and last activity is a complex of restaurants, cafes and external green spaces aimed at serving all visitors to the center.

Technické informace

The slop roof of building used as to function : one of them used as a green roof to protect and reduce the heat radiation that comes from the sun. other function used as walk way for all users which giving them other option to see the project from different levels and different points
